By accessing or using Sentinel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sentinel is an AI-powered backlink monitoring and recovery agent. The Service monitors URLs you specify, checks the status of your backlinks, provides AI-powered diagnosis of link issues, captures screenshots for evidence, and drafts recovery emails to link sellers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the Service to send spam, harassing, or abusive emails through the outreach feature.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

5. Payment & Billing

  • The Free tier is available at no cost with limited features.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Sentinel and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated diagnoses or recovery email drafts.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by local law.
